Almost drowning in a different country.
Welcome to this weeks blog. This is the story about when I almost drowned in our family beach house. Okay so in Central America, we have a beach house and let me tell you, it has seven bedrooms and about 12 bathrooms. This beach house is only used for vacation and has a part of a private area at the beach. So it was the day my family and I first arrived to the beach house. All of my cousins ran to the kids room which was huge had a balcony and 7 queen sized bunk beds now we all chose a bed and put our stuff down. My cousin Jocelyn and I shared a bed, her brother and our cousin shared a bed all like that. So we all got into our swimsuits and ran downstairs and jumped into the pool so at the balcony of my parents room I could see all the kids swimming around and I can see the blue cristal waters of the ocean just past this little brick wall in the huge backyard. I go to my parents room to get something for my sister. I am the last one to go down to the pool, so since everyone was all ready in my cousin thaught it would be helpful to carry me and throw me inside. So he asks if I have any electronics or money on me and I said no why? I was still wearing shorts and a shirt on top of my bathing suit when he picks me up and throws me into the deepend. Since I was so paranoid of my last experience (read last blogpost) I panicked and resisted for him to throw me. I tried to reach the floor and stand but he's to tall, I plug my nose but by that time I had already been in the air being thrown in. I sank to the bottom and sat crisis cross apple sauce on the very bottom of the pool. I swam back up and catch a breath. I get out and I can not breath, I didn't plug my nose on time. My cousin asks if I'm okay and I said yes but after about a minute I could breath. He says I'm so sorry but I knew it would feel good to just get right in. I take off my shorts and shirt so I am just in my bathing suite. I got water in my ear and it didn't get out til I believe the 7 hour plane ride back home. Well that's the story of my tropical country drown. Hope you enjoyed !
