San Diego, Vegas, Big Bear!!
Hello everyone today i'm gonna talk about the roadtrip weekend I had. On Friday I went to Vegas and stayed there a night. On Saturday afternoon we drove all the way to Temecula. It's only about 2 hours away from the valley but because we were on the other side of the valley, it took 4 hours. We stayed there at a nice hotel and went to a restaurant had some food went to our room took pictures and had a nice time. Sunday morning we drove to San Diego which was only like 30 minutes away from where we were. Everyone thought I was in Big Bear because I took pictures of mountains with snow on them. I'm going to big bear in about one or two weeks but that is a whole other topic. I originally thought I was going to big bear this weekend until it was I was walking to the car and said "Wait a minute that's not this weekend!" I had packed for this trip though so I didn't need to worry. It sure was confusing though because I told my friends I was going to Big Bear!!! It is now Sunday and today when we got home, our dogs were happy to see us and we were happy to be with them again. I know this blog is short but I am exhausted from all the long car rides. Till next time!

fun & weird Sunday
Hello everyone today i'm going to talk about the crazy Sunday i've been having. So it starts off at 7:12 a.m I woke up and went to the restroom not even noticing why, I didn't need to use it. I stayed up for about 15 minutes and fell back asleep. This rarely happens (falling asleep again) because I don't really like sleeping even though it's good for you.... So I had the craziest dream about school being my elementary school and a celebrity was at school driving in the auditorium. Okay it doesn't matter but it was weird and interesting. So when I woke up for the second time today it was 9:17 a.m and my sister was making so much noise I could hear it from my room. I came downstairs and said goodmorning to my mother and sister. My father was at church but that was really odd because we're not religious but he said it's always great to go to church, I don't know but it was just different especially because he'd usually wake us up early to ask. Well anyways, I was texting my friend Elien and then I got a whole bunch of facetime calls from an unknown email and I didn't answer because my mom was to busy yelling at my sister and I to clean our rooms. I got about 4 calls and texts from my friend Elien saying "it's me facetiming you pick up." She facetimed again and she told be about wanting a hoverboard and how her mom might order one tomorrow for her early Christmas present. I have one of these "Hoverboards" or powerboards whatever you want to call them. I was showing her my hoverboard and I was riding it and she made a couple jokes about her falling off since she has ridden one before. I then needed to go so we hung up and I did what I needed to do and then my sister who was at work texted me on her break asking if I wanted to go see Mocking Jay part 2 again and I said of course. We bought tickets and are now going in two hours to go see the movie. I do not know what time I will get home again but it sure will be soon because I have school tomorrow. This Friday I am going somewhere far and will be writing about it when I am there. It shall be an interesting blog because it ill be my first time over there. This sunday wasn't that crazy but it was sure different. I will blog next week and hopefully be able to get it up on time because I do not know how the wifi will be there but if I figure out it is not good, I will have to write my blog during the week and won't be able to write about my time on the surprise location I am going too. Well, till next time!!!!!!!

Vegas part 2
...I FaceTimed her back and I told her I too was in Vegas. We watched shows inside like Ká and Chris Angel inside out hotel. It was a nice time to stay inside and do really fun stuff safe and sound. Our way back home was tramendous, it was a big California fire. The fire slowed us down about 4 hours in time. We stayed in a long line of traffic that barely moved while we watched the Suns rays being covered in fire ashes. It was orange, very orange and bright (picture Above that I took that day) It was a very long line of cars. We listened to the news station and heard a car went on fire leading the desert area to be covered in flames. When we finnaly got home we were glad to be in our own home without any issues of natural disasters leading us to be in scarce. My friend had left that morning but we left about a week after. We spent most time in our hotel but it was still a lot of fun!!! We got to do so many things in our hotel and we're glad we did! My family and I goes to Vegas a lot and it's always an interesting trip because we go for shows and such not for my parents to go gambling... Well next time I go to Las Vegas will probably be over one of these holiday breaks. Don't be fooled when you see another blog talking about going to Vegas because it sue will be soon!!! Till next time!

Scary lightning trip!!!
Hello, and welcome back to my blog. Today I am going to talk about the time my family and I went to Las Vegas. So it was June 2015 and my family and I went Las Vegas Nevada. It was about 8:00 p.m it was dark and gloomy out. By this time we were already in Nevada but just about 30 minutes away from Vegas. I stared at the time watching it change by every minute. I Watched the cars GPS system count down the time left until we arrived at our hotel. I waited and waited. About 20 minutes left my phones light flashed, I check because this meant I had a notification. It was a text from my friend saying, "Guess what?!". I didn't know if I would be able to reply because we were driving through an empty desert, glaring at the cities lights from afar. I had about one bar and as I replied, "what?" I got another notification, "message to ________ failed to send" I put my phone down and checked the time once more. 15 minutes left, I sighed and gently pressed my head against the window. "WOW!' My sister said, "did you guys see that?!". I questioned back "See what? I do not see anything" "Lightning she said, "Lightning in that mountain far back!" My mother replied yes, I saw it!! I looked and saw a small, short, mountain in the far back desert looking pretty gloomy, bright, dazling, I knew it was bound to come back so I just waited, it was something to entertain me for the next 15 minutes. There it was, a bright light coming from that mountain, it was magnificent, amazing, jaw-opening. It seemed so unreal, It was bright yellow almost white, thunder roared along with it. It was amazing. I haven't seen something like it. Every time we saw it, it seemed to get closer, louder, more visible. But luckily we have already been in the city, made safely for thunderstorms and lighting strikes. I know this makes it worse due to electricity and metal and such but it was better then being alone in the desert where it had actually been hitting. The next day, we decided to go swimming, now all of this was different, the weather channels said nothing of this. We got to the pool and it was bright, sunny, filled with people, kids, adults. It was hot and sunny, no wind. All of a sudden it becomes dark like a solar eclipse, everyone pounders up to the sky and palm trees woosh and shake and we get out of the pool along with others. Whistles begin to blow from lifeguards screaming "INSIDE EVERYONE, LIGHTNING IS COMING IT HAS STRUCK A NEAR BY MOUNTAIN, EVERYONE IN!!!" People begin running not to care a bit they are soaking wet. We get back to our room and the streets are loud with the wind and empty. I check my phone and see about 3 messages from my friend that has texted me the night before. "I'm in vegas!"- About 3 hours ago. "Turn on the news, lighting is striking pretty close here"-About 1 hour ago. "Lightning storms are freaking me out over here!"-About 25 minutes ago. And one missed facetime call.

Road trip to Texas!
Hello everyone, today is the day I talk to you about the 25/26 hour road trip my family and I had, hope you enjoy! It was about 3:00 a.m when my family and I loaded the car with our lugages and drove all the way to Texas. It was dark and gloomy outside when my sister fell back asleep and I could not wait to get there so I put some music on and just glared out the window. My mother tried to keep my father from not getting bored on this such long drive and they spoke while I had my headphones in and my sister was fast asleep. My family and I were all heading over to Texas for thanksgiving because we have two of our families that live over there. It was not just my sister mother father and I but it was my aunts, uncles, cousin, and even my grandma who all went over there. We only had about two/three stops to catch up with my Anuts uncles cousins and grandma who were in different cars to use the restroom and get some food. We continued our long drive and finally we got to Texas after passing through Arizona, Mexico, Utah, etc. We got into this private community and we're excited to tell the security guard letting people enter the names of our family members and as soon as that security guard called them to see if we were allowed to enter, they got super happy and joyed. My cousins and I all got a house tour, saw our rooms and our cousins helped us put our stuff Inside. By this time it was about 9:00 p.m and it was almost pitch black outside. We all fell asleep but our parents stayed up and had time to chat with each other as adults. Our first morning there, only one of our aunts was there. Just her and all my cousins, we all asked were our parents have been and she said "You guys do not know? You didn't hear?" And we all shook our heads no. She said, their all in the hospital, you're father has broke his leg in 17 places. My sister began to cry I didn't know exactly why. I kind of gave a confused look and said "my father?" She said yes, he broke it last night about an hour after you guys got here. We all headed to the hospital and met everyone there. It was about two days before thanksgiving and he broke it way to much he had to stay in the hospital for about a week and we were only gonna be in Texas for a week! He stayed in the hospital as well did some of my aunts and uncles. That morning, my sister and I had the curiosity to know what exactly happened, we knew he slipped but where, how? We figured out that since it was so dark outside, he went out and the grass was wet, slipped back, landed on his side and his leg was bent out the wrong way but the fall was so hard the impact of it made his bone shatter. Well we spent thanksgiving in the hospital room but it sure was a thanksgiving to remember!!! He got a plane back to California about 2 weeks after my mom drove us back to California. It was not the best trip because the whole time my parents weren't with us, they were in the hospital!!! The only part of Texas they got to see was the hospital!!! Well that was about 4 years ago and it's a memory to look back on!!! Oh and on the way back, my about 6 month old cousin was in the car with us and would not stop crying it was such a painful trip. We stopped in Alberqurcue and it was only about 20 degrees Fahrenheit!!! Well I hope you enjoyed that story! Till next time!!

Getting a nail stuck in me
Hi everyone today I'm gonna tell you about the time about I got a nail stuck in my foot. So I do not know how this happened but it was painful. Now here's the story, I would walk normally and it would hurt just on the ball of my foot. I looked down and saw my foot was swollen and red. My toenail was lifted up a bit but it looked normal just not that it was lifted up off my skin. My mom said it wasn't normal and she took me to the ER, they said a nail went underneath my toenail and that to take it out it would be another operation. So we had an appointment and went that day. I left school early for this because it could only be done in school hours. They put a few Anastasia shots and asked if I wanted to watch or lean back. I wanted to watch because it just is better for me. I won't get into full detail because it could be a health hazard for those who do not like blood and such. So anyways I watched and he said the shots were for after because it would hurt a lot. So I felt everything when they pulled it out. They got a sharp tweezer thing and cut off half of my nail to get the nail out. This didn't have a certain name it was just having a nail stuck beneath my toenail. I held in the pain and as soon as I got up I felt very dizzy everything got light and I heard echoes when people spoke. I almost fainted not from watching but from loosing a lot of blood. I walked outside with my dad around the hospital to get a fresh breath of air. They had a farmers market going on so we got some strawberries and sat down. I had my foot In a bandage and till this day I still do and this was about 2-3 weeks ago. I have to do a treatment every day twice a day for two to three months to heal my foot. The day after the procedure I went to school but I wore sandals and it was fun because I felt special besides the fact I was in pain. Well that's the story for everyone hope it didn't gross you out it wasn't gross just painful!! Till next time everyone!

Sunday Fun day!!!
Hello everyone today I'm going to talk about having family fun time with my sister. My sister steph is really funny and nice. She's my older sister so she lives on her own with her boyfriend by the beach. Today we got to meet up with her and go to dinner. We talked and laughed. At first our waiter came and gave us food but as he said what it was we realized we did not order that. We laughed all along because it was for the family next to us. We then talked about how my sister and her boyfriend are gonna travel the world and how they already bought their tickets to travel to Tokyo in a few months. It was a really great time to just set aside our phones aside and speak to each other about upcoming events. My mom then had the idea to create a secrete Santa game with us 6 aside from the one we do with my moms side of the family every year. My sister got the wrapper from the chopsticks, a pen and wrote the names of us 6. We got our names and shared on what we wanted to get. We each said our things in a budget of $50 and laughed at what we said. My father said a karaoke machine, my mother a purse, my sister a car and my other sister said she wanted $2000 shoes and her boyfriend said a car job. We laughed and said what we really wanted. We had a great time and we know that we won't have time like this in while since we live so far from each other. Before all of this, my sister father mother and I saw maze runner scorch trials and let me tell you, the actors are truly amazing. Well that's what I did on my Sunday fun day!!! Hope you enjoyed!

Almost drowning in a different country.
Welcome to this weeks blog. This is the story about when I almost drowned in our family beach house. Okay so in Central America, we have a beach house and let me tell you, it has seven bedrooms and about 12 bathrooms. This beach house is only used for vacation and has a part of a private area at the beach. So it was the day my family and I first arrived to the beach house. All of my cousins ran to the kids room which was huge had a balcony and 7 queen sized bunk beds now we all chose a bed and put our stuff down. My cousin Jocelyn and I shared a bed, her brother and our cousin shared a bed all like that. So we all got into our swimsuits and ran downstairs and jumped into the pool so at the balcony of my parents room I could see all the kids swimming around and I can see the blue cristal waters of the ocean just past this little brick wall in the huge backyard. I go to my parents room to get something for my sister. I am the last one to go down to the pool, so since everyone was all ready in my cousin thaught it would be helpful to carry me and throw me inside. So he asks if I have any electronics or money on me and I said no why? I was still wearing shorts and a shirt on top of my bathing suit when he picks me up and throws me into the deepend. Since I was so paranoid of my last experience (read last blogpost) I panicked and resisted for him to throw me. I tried to reach the floor and stand but he's to tall, I plug my nose but by that time I had already been in the air being thrown in. I sank to the bottom and sat crisis cross apple sauce on the very bottom of the pool. I swam back up and catch a breath. I get out and I can not breath, I didn't plug my nose on time. My cousin asks if I'm okay and I said yes but after about a minute I could breath. He says I'm so sorry but I knew it would feel good to just get right in. I take off my shorts and shirt so I am just in my bathing suite. I got water in my ear and it didn't get out til I believe the 7 hour plane ride back home. Well that's the story of my tropical country drown. Hope you enjoyed !

The time I almost drowned
Hello everyone, This is the time I almost drowned at the age of 6. It's a pretty funny story now that I think about it. I drowned not in the pool, not in the ocean, but in the jaqcuezzi. I know I know it's not something to talk, not something to deep or hard to get up in. How do you drown!! Well let me tell you guys, you can drown in a foot of water. It's possible and just cause it's not in the ocean, or not in the pool, it's still very horrifying!! Okay so on to the story. My cousin Jocelyn, Joshua, Christian, Katelyn, my sister, and I were all going swimming at my aunts house. We stood up on a little Bench around the edges in the jacuzzi and walked around it. Why you may ask? I do not know what in the world we were doing but it sounded like fun at the moment for everyone. I did not want to do it, but my older cousins made me, they said nothing would happen.. Well anyways, there's a little wattle fall that goest straight into the pool but since there was a waterfall, there was no bench. Here's the interesting part, once I got to the little waterfall, of course, I fell down and sunk to the bottom. My breath is being held at the exact moment I can not hold balance, my eyes shut closed immaditly. Everything turns black as a I fall in. I was pretty tall so there was no room for me to swim, to stretch out my legs and breath. I don't remember what it felt like, but I just remember seeing my self sinking. My hair to the side looking smooth, my body at the bottom of the water, and seeing myself holding my breath. Someone grabs my arm , their hand is dry. They pulls me out, when I get a breath of air I open my eyes. They open, they shut, water comes out of my mouth and I have trouble breathing. When I finally get to breath normally, I see my dad standing there with his arms wet. He was the one that pulled me out, luckily I didn't need to go to the hospital but I was very lucky to get pulled out on time. Ever since that day, getting into the water (putting my head under) would take me a while. Next weeks story will be about the time I was thrown into the pool and couldn't breath!!

Surgery part 2
This is the second part of my surgery blog. For part 1, please look at my first blogpost.
My eyes open slowly, I see my mom sitting there and I see a nurse besides me on a computer typing. I hear machines beeping and the nurse looks at me, I have an oxygen mask on and my entire leg is aching with pain. I instantly shut my eyes, I was only awake for about 30 seconds until I'm fast asleep again. The second time I wake up, I see both my parents sitting just besides me and the nurse is talking to a doctor. I try to move my leg but I can't, it hurts way too much and feels very swollen. My throat is dry, not in pain just dry, my tongue isn't wet. I try to keep my eyes wide awake, my leg from moving, and for me not to speak. I know if I speak it will hurt my throat, I just smile a bit looking at my parents, the nurse removes the oxygen mask from over my nose and mouth. She asks me what my pain level is from a scale from 1-10, I believe I said 10 but it felt as if 20. She hands me a variety of Popsicles all in different flavors. She says to me, "this will help soothe your throat as it should be dry from the oxygen mask, choose a flavor". I got cherry and she offered me more again and again saying the more the better. My leg was in pain even after about 30 minutes and It would hurt very much without a single move. I then wondered what time it was, my mom said it was 2:45 and she said my surgery began at about 8:30. A different nurse comes in and says I will be there for another 3 hours and I thaught to myself "what am I gonna do for another 3 hours in a hospital room?!!" Then the nurse who gave me the Popsicles comes in and asks if I can walk. I remove the blankets from over my legs and see my entire leg, from waist down In a cast. I didn't know I would have a full legged cast, but anyways, I try to get up but as soon as my leg lifts off the bed, the pain goes up so much I slam back on the bed. The nurse said she wasn't surprised I couldn't walk, not anyone has been able to just get up after getting the same surgery I did. She says just wait here, to get ready to go, my mom gave me my clothes and I get dressed on the bed alone. Another nurse comes and says your dad is coming with the doctor and a wheelchair so they can pick you up. My mom and I wait and I think to myself, it has not been 3 hours!!! But I was wrong, it was almost 4 hours, The nurse turns the TV on as we wait. My dad and the doctor arrive with a wheel chair and put me in it, the doctor hands my moms cruches and says I will only use them for about a week or two. I didn't want to use them espically at school, but I ended up only using them for two days!! Well anyways after about 4 months I walked normal again, and till this day I am grateful everything came out A-okay. (I still do not know why the doctors told me to breath and why they added wires to me but I know it happened!) well that is the story of when I got surgery, hope you enjoyed reading the journey!

Story time! Surgery!! Part 1
Hi everyone, this is the time I got surgery for the second time. The beginning of 2015, I woke up very early, anxious to get over these nerves. Around 3:30 in the morning I got ready, I couldn't put on lotion, Chapstick, and I couldn't even eat or drink anything, and I mean anything! I didn't really care that much because it was to early for me to be mad about this. My mom and I went to the hospital, far away, the specialist. I couldn't believe it by the time I was inside the waiting room with a patient wristband saying the type of surgery I'd be getting. I saw people of different ages waiting as well, they called in a girl about the age 7. She looked happy, excited, anxious to get in, I thought to my self "maybe this isn't that bad" but then again, younger kids get things easier, much easier. They get to choose what type of flavor oxygen (weird I know) they're put to sleep with, they get to choose if they're parents are with them until they fall asleep, and they are putten a special paste on them so their I.V won't hurt. Well anyways, I got nervous, I saw curtains, lights, and doors shut behind the door the little girl and her mom went through. Then, all I hear is my name, I stand with my mom and walk with a nurse through a different door. After questions, shots, and paper work, I'm on this bed that the nurses begin to move to this room. I said bye to my mom and "she says see you soon! Love you!" When I see surgerions putting an oxygen mask on me, all I see is a white light, getting brighter and brighter. I hear machines begin to beep and my head gets heavy, the doctors plug in more machines saying "Breath, Breath!!" And I can't hear or see any thing, I'm asleep, fast asleep, I don't remember a thing from that point on.
